When you first create an imperialtt account, we collect your email address, chosen password, and basic personal information: full name, date of birth, and phone number. These details form the foundation of your account identity. You can review and update most of this information in the Profile section of your account settings at any time.
If you need to correct a typo in your name or update your phone number, navigate to Account Settings > Profile and select Edit. We'll ask you to confirm your changes through email verification — this protects your account from unauthorized edits. Date of birth is typically locked once set (a standard security practice); if you need to change it, contact our support team directly with valid documentation.
Your email address is your primary login credential and the channel we use for account notifications. If you want to change your email, we send a confirmation link to both your old and new addresses. This two-step confirmation ensures no one can hijack your account by changing the email alone. After you confirm both addresses, your account switches to the new email immediately.
Payment Methods and Withdrawal Setup
imperialtt supports five payment-method categories: e-wallets (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), e-wallet, and direct bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). In your Payment Methods section, you can add, update, or remove registered payment details. However, if you've registered additional methods and your account is verified, you can choose a different withdrawal method. The withdrawal request goes into our processing queue; typical windows depend on the method and time of submission. E-wallet withdrawals often complete within standard banking hours; bank transfers may take one to two business days.

We do not use login verification codes (2FA / two-factor authentication) as a mandatory feature, but if you want extra security, you can request it through support.
